上海师范大学第四附中十六青年教师基本功大赛活动方案

一、时间:202093日~20201231(第二周第十八周)

二、目的:

1.提供教师践行学校育人理念、展示才华彰显个性相互学习和合作交流的舞台。

2.推进新课程理念落地、新教材的研究,展示青年教师教技能,培养新成长教师。

3.构建“教师欣赏学生、学生尊重教师、个体主动发展、同伴互动合

作”新成长课堂,探索新成长课堂教学模式,提高课堂教学有效性。

4.提升青年教师在教学中发现问题、探究解决问题策略,实现教育和

科研能力协调发展。

三、参赛对象:

1.参赛对象:教龄10年及以下职初、见习教师。

1.内容和要求930日由教研组长确定,1019日上午1200之前上交。

2.教案必须包括:“教学目标”、“重点、难点”、“教学技术与学习资源应用”、“教学过程”、“作业与评价”等方面。

3.主要说明:⑴设计这堂课时,自己对教材的理解,对教学模式和教学策略设计的指导思想;⑵对体现“以学生发展为本”的设想及做法;⑶期望体现的教学特点和达到的目标等。
